Work/Life Balance

We are proud that 90% of our drivers are home daily, and we provide consistency across weekly work schedules, miles, and compensation.
We offer generous paid time off to our full-time employees, including
- 1 week after 1 year
- 2 weeks after 2 years
- 3 weeks after 10 years
In addition, we offer 6 paid holidays per year, funeral leave up to 3 days, jury duty, and required military training and service leave.

Pay and Referral Program
Bender’s licensed truck drivers earn livable wages that include raise opportunities and bonus incentives. We pay generous wages of $70k or more for our drivers and a supplemental driver referral program. You can earn up to $2,400 per year for each company driver you refer who joins our Bender team! This referral program offers unlimited earning potential for our drivers who refer like-minded people to drive for us here at Bender.
